      Strong mission Tableau has a real passion for client's experience and satisfaction and it's a delight to sell the product. The culture, the energy, and the people are top notch.

      Salaries are below market rates. In sales, your success can depend too much on the territory you are assigned to.

      Very young office. Literally, like literally so young. Like totally. Lots of "fringe" benefits that could just be in the paycheck (Spiffs, raffles, etc.)

      Office spirit is very congenial Outings and happy hours Opportunity to make good money if you exceed targets New manager seems to be very professional and experienced

      Some good people are leaving the company after being passed over for promotion. Base salaries are below market Some mid-level managers are not well trained and are a drain to selling momentum.
