      Not much drama, nor inter-team politics in my department at least. Fun coworkers, excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Internal systems are a little messy; builds and tests add some friction to development for typical C++ dev.

      Management is bias against certain people. Some will get better opportunities while others may never get the chance.

      Company does a great job training and investing in their employees. Especially sales people. You will have many opportunities to advance your professional career and development, while learning from some of the best trainers in the industry.

      Cons

      Huge disparity between upper management and sales employees. Middle managers are very entitled, non-quota carrying and can create a toxic environment if given the chance.
