      Because of the Salesforce acquisition, we have more resources and better benefits.

      It's been difficult to get promoted. Lots of people are leaving the company.

      Great Place to work in Japan

      We had a wonderful office in Ginza, Tokyo (which is now closing due to the merger with Salesforce). Salary is relatively high compared to most Japanese companies. (I'm female, in late 20)We have a great product, which everyone is proud of. I'm a huge product-centric person, so having a great product is most important.

      Cons

      After the acquisition of Salesforce, the culture is changing dramatically. Many great people are leaving because of that. It starts having a typical "Big Company" culture now. Few career opportunities. The internal transfer is not as easy.
