      Pros

      Tableau honestly cares about its missions, corporate values, and culture. There is a web site about corporate mission, internal pages (initially written by the CEO) about values and culture, and incredibly open sharing of information about corporate status and plans.

      Cons

      Tableau tries to be a small startup atmosphere, but at over 3000 employees is forced to act like a big company. Trying to find the balance is a challenge.

      Excellent benefits, diverse culture, promotes a work life balance. Great stock incentives, raises and opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Salary is very low and and because of this there are a lot of young college graduates with no professional experience.
