Pros
Still a great product at a premium price. Rabid customer base. Very industry focused. Mostly great people to work with.
Cons
The Salesforce acquisition has really deteriorated the culture of Tableau. Most of management is trying so hard to align themselves with the Salesforce management they have forgotten what made Tableau great. The commissions team gave as little visibility or sales support as possible. They ended up playing a trick to not pay my full exiting commission. The best sales people are so frustrated they are all leaving.
