Great benefits, Great compensation for required skills / education, Great career development path for those willing / able to relocate to the DC area, Low stress job (most of the time), Good team environment (at least at my location)

Cons

Work / Life balance is poor, Low / no consideration of employee morale in relation to scheduling issues, No education related benefits, Poor / irrelevant performance based assessment program

Rude passengers,some passengers do not like the fact they have to be screened No flexability Management doesn't care about anyone besides themselves Work on Holidays
