Great Retirement, Good Pay, Ability to Transfer nationwide, Good Advancement possibilities, Serving to protect your country, Match up to 5% in 401k, with automatic 1%

Cons

Rotating shifts every 6 months to a year. Hours of operation. Dealing with rude people. This is not a M-F 9 to 5 job. Starting out you will typically have week days off and working early morning shifts.

Insurance is very high. The Airport you work in will determine if you like it or not.
