Horrible Airport in Charlotte NC

Government health insurance Paid Leave and sick leave TSP and Pension

Cons

You have to bid for days off and you will be punished for taking too many sick leave days no matter how many you have. Toxic Culture of bullying and intimidation. Seems the nasty people always get into positions of supervisor and manager while to good ones stay as two for 20 years. Can be stressful at times because you are constantly being tested to keep your job. Many older people wanting work there for 5 years to get government health insurance for the rest of their lives after their real career that cannot do the job physically and you have to pick up their slack.
