Pros

Good pay, raises based on the pay scale

Cons

Pretty much everything else, they are sexist, you’re just a number, just a body filling a position, they don’t care much about you or your family, breaks are cut short often, and management does everything they can to fire/AWOL people because we are “over” for our employee count. Yet we have to do mandatory overtime and no leave ever gets approved.
