Pride, interaction with different cultures and people, you can work anywhere there is an airport from the US

Cons

Management is always a mess, low pays, is not competitive the salary comparing to other jobs around the same area and tons of testing.

Decent pay. Great co-workers. There is a great benefits package.

Cons

Working hours are terrible unless you have been working there for a long time and have a high bid number so you can get the days off and shift that you want. Management does not look out for their employees. More emphasis is placed on customer service rather than security. They fire and do not hire individuals with disabilities, and are able to do this because they are a part of Homeland Security. Mandatory overtime.

The benefits are fantastic such as the insurance.

Cons

Many of the management positions are held by people with little to no education. Those of us who are well educated are then passed over for promotions.
