Pros

Benefits and telework opportunities, flexible work schedules

Cons

The future outlook for this agency is not positive. Most employees are very unhappy. Promotion opportunities based on favoritism.

Pros

I had a pay check. I am grateful to have moved on!

Cons

Absolutely a horrible place to work. I started there when I was 18, so at the time the money was good for a kid. They do not have any hiring standards, which leads you to work with a bunch of incompetent individuals, who ended up working there because they messed their lives up when they were young. Most of the people are completely clueless about how to do their job. You get treated horribly day in and day out by the passengers, co workers, and managers. It's a very unhealthy work environment, the pay is a joke, everyone is out to get each other, people lie, yell at you, harass you, no one is educated; which is why I left so I can pursue a rewarding career with a great education. Truthfully, I would rather work at Walmart. Most of the managers and sups live in trailers and are financially unstable, which makes you wonder how they ended up with a promotion. I believe a monkey could do a better job than 75% of the employees.
