worked with some real characters, kind of like being in a comic strip, the movies, or a mental institution, or perhaps a combo of the above

no oversight, no accountability, employees are treated as guilty until proven innocent, management sucks, the fsd and afsd are jokes. there is no morale. it simply does not exist.
