I'm now at an employee that cares. Trusts its employees and allows telework.

Cons

Telework and flexibility. They wonder why the morale is low and people are leaving. Institute telework for employees that are able to do so. Less money for taxpayers in unnecessary office space.

Security technology. Federal job. Customer service. Traveling public. Nice uniforms. Company provides decent benefits. Paid sick and TSP retirement plans.

Cons

Performance based raises only. Fail the annual tests twice and your fired. You don't get raises unless you perform good for it. There are people here for only 4 years making more money than people that have been here for over 10 years. Unfair.
