Pros

Great health and dental benefits. You can transfer to any airport in any state that has TSA after six month of employment.

Cons

You will experience the smell of bad odors on a daily basis. Very busy airport with little staffing. Passengers can be very mean and rude at times.

Pros

Co workers become family. Looks great on a resume. Good work experience and benefits are good if you have a family .

Cons

Management looks down on lower staff. Lots of favoritism. It's not what you know but who you know for promotion.
