Cons

Supervisors showing favoritism, lack of professionalism, gossipy people, extremely low morale, Brown nosers, backstabbing people, hard to get promoted at smaller airport, lack of manager interest in employees well being, salary isnt worth all the mess that you have to deal with

multiple Benefit plans and options, decent pay, Double time for holidays, diversity

Cons

VERY hard to get a day off if you are a fulltime employee, part time employees have better schedules and are more likely to have weekend off, working as early as 3:15 or 4 am is very draining, Passengers are VERY disrespectful, Never expect to have holidays off because getting leave is seniority based (unless it is your regular day off), it can get extremely stressfull when staffing is not appropriate for the passenger load.....and much more....

Cons

Very difficult to get to this position and you are responsible for a lot of things that are out of your hands.
