Pros

The job isn't terrible. It's fairly easy and I work with some excellent people. Benefits are good and the pay is decent.

Cons

Can be very monotonous. Morale is atrocious. The schedules offered can be very hard on families. Management seems to be disconnected from what actually occurs on checkpoints and sometimes have absurd expectations of Officers.

Cons

They don't really care about their employees at all. You get treated like crap. It's hard to move up because they already know who they want before they even open up the job. They don't care about what needs to be done to better the workplace. All you are is a number to them. A body. Nothing more.
