Pros

Training staff is very friendly and respectful. Benefits and pay are pretty good, if you live close by. Directors are approachable and professional.

Cons

It would be nice to know the exact length of training and what expenses that you will have during this time (certain clothes, parking etc.). Long before the whole process is started.

Pros

Ability to move up in the food chain, pay was okay. Awesome benefits!

Cons

Seriously? Look at the news and you'll see the problems with TSA. There's too many loopholes and agents who aren't doing their jobs properly.
