Pros

Benefits package is pretty good. Pay is OK for entry level employees.

Cons

There is an US VS THEM mentality of management and employees, they management officials do not do enough to recognize employee contributions. Also, you have do deal with the public in an adversarial environment, its not as bad as it seems once you get used to it.
