Pros

Benefits were great, health, vision, dental. You can choose from many providers. TSA also offers “Thrift Savings Plan” which is very rewarding. Also, overtime is available a lot of the times if you need it.

Cons

Rude passengers every now and then. Since DIA is further away from the city, the drive to work and back could be lengthy (depending where you live).

The best reason to work here is to get your foot in the door of the government so you can branch into other places

The challenges working here are the passengers because they will never listen or understand why we do what we do
