Pros

The pay and benefits were pretty good. Uniforms are also a plus as you don't have to put wear and tear on your own wardrobe.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Management is horrible. Training is a joke. Scheduling is horrible. They want to be military but they're pretty much the bottom of the totem pole.

Comparable health care benefits for families and single-minded individuals. Various positions can lead to higher Security positions based upon work performance and 'time-in-grade levels.

Over-all work evaluations and performances could be utilized differently.

Benefits are good. Other than that, I can't really thing of anything good about the job.

Cons

Schedules suck, management sucks, time off/leave sucks. Everyone who works there hates the job... It rubs off on the new hires, which creates a never ending cycle of unhappy employees.
