Horrible management, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They manage based on their feels not policies. Management can not be trusted to do what is in the best interest of the employees. Always double check what they are advising you to do. Make sure they and/or you are not breaking any laws. They bet on you not knowing any better.
