Pros

PTO, most supervisors are down to earth and can talk to them about most things. You make really great friends when you’re there that make the experience easier than it already is

Cons

Don’t call in sick - you’ll get written up. You earn a ton of PTO, but you bid for the days off - and if you need a day that’s maxed out for time off, you’re not getting it unless you find someone willing to take the shift.
