Pros
Very good job to work at for career advancement or stepping stone. Once you have your foot in the door you can climb the ladder or you can go to another agency within the federal govt if you qualify. A very great place to work and everyone i worked with was very kind and helpful.
Cons
The schedule can be a bit crappy because you have no say so on where they put you or what times you want to work. They place you where you are needed when you first start off with the company
