Pros

The work is not bad. It can be a little challenging but nothing absurd.

Cons

The fact that you have to park outside of the airport is ridiculous! You are required to park 30 minutes away in a parking lot and wait for a bus to pick you up. Every day, you are pretty much working 1 hour for free. With that said, NEVER BE LATE! They will make you use your vacation hours even if you`re 10min late. The whole culture is wrong. I had 6 managers the during my time there. I can Honestly say that only 2 of them actually care about you. Trying to get a day off is ALWAYS the same problem even if you have the hours to use. When you asked a manager, they will tell you to ask the Scheduling dept. When you call Scheduling dept, they`ll tell you to talk to your management. They`ll only promote and help the ones the like. Doesn't matter how hard you work, if another person is their friend, you are not going anywhere. It can be a good place to work but like most places, management makes it bad.
