Pros

Pay has got better since I started. Benefits are alright. Going to have to get other plans to cover the difference.

Cons

Unprofessional is rampant. Sometimes Im embarrassed to be around some ppl. Get your experience and go or get a staff position to get off the checkpoint. On top of that, the hours suck. Having to start at 3:00 - 4:00 am then to have to get mandated, oh I mean “officially requested to stay” sucks and if you refuse you get written up.
