Pros
Good pay, simple job with set expectations, easy to move up somewhat, good insurance, good raises, good PTO but impossible to get days off you want especially weekends unless you ask a year in advance, union
Cons
Lack of flexibility with time off and general schedule, part time employees required to work 5 days a week, horrible coworkers who start drama constantly, management hands off in the worst way
