Pros

Helping passengers and being around friendly coworkers

Cons

Miserable disrespectful people. Management allows lead officers to be disrespectful to passengers and new workers/candidates. If called out about it, they make you seem like you’re not fit for the job and try to do anything in their “power” to fire you over little things
