Pros

Co workers are cool and you make friends!

Cons

The FSD and AFSD are openly racist homophobic people who literally work at an airport where everyone of all backgrounds and sexualities exist and they thrive in laughter at any concerns you bring up. Same thing daily job is not bad but the people are often rude and degrading regardless of you being nice to them causing you to build a skin that makes you see people a certain way you’ll start noticing trends amongst them as well. The management is not supportive and they always say they understand but they indeed do not which is why the turnover rate is insanely high at this airport. You have to deal with a lot people will run you down and over ALL day long and you have to struggle to get time off holidays are spent alone.

Pros

Pay got better since the pay equity set in. Made some good friends working there.Mgmt tries to work with you on days off or have an emergency.

Cons

Micromanaging. Favoritism. When 1 person gets in trouble for something, everyone suffers. Passengers can be aggressive. Some of the policies dont make sense, like the people who implement them have never worked a day on checkpoint.
