It's crazy easy to perform the job as long as you don't make a scene for every little thing. There's training, but the allowable variance for job performance is vast.

Cons

ThE best pay is the worst shift. The best shift is the worst work environment. The best shift/environment will keep you away from a regular dinner time with your family.
