Pros

Salary depending on location. Health insurance. Matching 401k. Sort of flexibility to trade shifts.

Cons

Terrible administration, lackluster supervisors and management, the union is very lacking too, uniforms are terrible quality, work environment sucks, few to none special accommodations, no chairs provided for certain positions that used to have chairs, punitive environment, higher ups on silly power trips, high school culture all around. Incredibly hard to move to other positions outside of the lanes, after an F band you’re stuck (3 years ish).
