Management is inadequate and shows favoritism. Employee morale is very low and everyone tries to leave to get better jobs. The pay is low but they want to work you like crazy!

Traveling Public so rude. TSA bad image people don't understand we are trying to make planes safe so this requires time to screen so many people. Patting down people isn't the business lol Looking into their bags isn't what I prefer

Government job, benefits, pay is decent especially for part time.

Cons

Government job yet not on the regular GS pay scale. No job security - can be fired easily. Two year probationary period unless you have prior government (military) experience. High stress with not enough training and guidance. Been part time for 1.5 years with the hopes of going full time yet no offer.
