Good company for starters. Management is approachable.

Cons

Low salary. But good for someone who is a career shifter or a fresh graduate.

I would say that there are no pros

Cons

Half of the computer systems don’t work and they expect you to do a good job. Too many rules to follow. They shortened the headset chord and made the job unbearable - couldn’t stand more than a foot from the desk. Just awful.
