Good Carrer start, not for career growth
Pros
You get to work in well known tech/SAAS companies, or let’s say you start your journey Tech sales, also since it’s hard to get a job in Spain without any Spanish work experience, TP it can be your door to the market for the long haul, you only need to have your native language + intermediate English and you are in, even without any previous sells experience, they can get you settled in with tickets and accommodation for the first 2 months.
Cons
Since they are not the owner of the product/ project, after 3 months of operation you will realize what was the catch of all the pros I mentioned above, you need to fight to reach your target, and with whom? With the project account executives, you will see you will do more admin/ escalation reports than do the actual job,, there is huge gap between the sales agreement and white what actually happens
