Pros

Great communication from and between management. Equipment provided. Tons of incentives. You get to pick your schedule after training! Options to cross train.

Cons

Nothing in my opinion. Sometimes it can be anoying to have tech issues, but that happens at any office job.

Pros

Work from home which isn't anything special on TP's part for offering this

Cons

Terrible location to work at, dirty cubicles, etc When working remotely the systems are held together with duct tape Pay does not match inflation, effectively losing money every year you stay Internal systems that were broke in 2016 are still broken in 2023
