They hire anyone that applies.

Cons

When THEIR computer, phone system isn't working properly, they give you the points and they don't ownership of their mistakes or company mishaps. You have to raise your hand just to go on lunch. Theres a SUPERVISOR that leaves without clocking out and he leaves for hours and sometimes doesn't come back for a week and he still has a job, COME ON.

the setting and the environment is very good and the brewing culture and very cool the atmosphere and the activities too and the salary too

the unfair dismissal the pressure. the racist some cadre. the salary that does not suit some task
