Pros

Have met great people and friends Job security is pretty good "Some" management are great people to work with and for In downtown Ogden Utah

Cons

Everything that is not a "pro" above! Teleperformance nickname is TP High because gossip and drama is like high school. If you are not upper management, you are treated as a number instead of a person even if you are a supervisor. Raises are weak, as a rep you will top out at about $11 per hour, Supervisor salary is little less then 24k a year and have to work a minimum of 9 hours a day. If you do the math, Supervisor salary is about $11.11 per hour with tons of responsibilities compared to a rep! Oh and by the way, if you call in sick a day, they will deduct your salary... I could go on and on about this company but just ask people that work or have worked for Teleperformance when you get a chance and they will tell you a lot more cons then pros any day.

Pros

The pay was better than at similar jobs in our area. Genuine attempt to treat people with respect.

Cons

Management was not familiar enough with operations and mico-managed everything. supervisors who have the responsibility of written communication with the staff didn't have basic printing privilidges.

Pros

- Friendly and very good atmostphere to work. - Good place to develop technical skills, coaching skills, soft skills etc.

Cons

- Unfortunately, the main problem is pay review. The only way to get a pay rise is by applying for a new higher post available within team. Requesting a pay rise on the back of performance, achievements, workload, responsibilities and all other positive aspects that you have brought to the job is something that is NOT feasible and possible in the whole team. - You are NOT going to have any benefits and packages like most other companies may offer you.
