Work from home Lots of support The job itself is right up my ally

Sometimes the ops side upper management seems disconnected on what the agents actually do, take the clients needs over the needs of the agent PTO is straight dumb. Agents get 40 hrs a year for PTO and are forced to take 48 hours of unpaid holiday pay a year… so just working your 8 hours a week every week you will at the end of the year owe the company 8 hours…….Make it make sense. (Not for me, I got 80 hours, but for new hires that is annoying)
