NHSBT is a fantastic campaign to be part of, with everyone being very helpful and supportive. There is a genuine passion for delivery high quality service to blood donors, in order to make sure the blood service has everything it needs to look after patients. Training gets a lot of support from managers and TLs alike, and this really helps us get colleagues off to the best start possible.

The people there are really fun to be with. I also like the ambiance, the activities that are very engaging and I like how they also try to be efficient and effective in all ways possible.

Cons

Although I know they really try their best, it's just too frustrating sometimes that we had to bear with small salary offered to us. It's good enough, don't get me wrong. I just can't help but compare it to some other companies that I know or where my friends work at
