Quite easy no selling just processing orders

Cons

Target driven. You only get so much time away from the phone so you can't just make a drink or go to the toilet as necessary

Pros

Got paid £9,50 an hour which for a job without many requirements is not bad.

Cons

*Getting days off is horrendously hard *You have no support - management is hard to reach, ineffective and make it very difficult for you to do your job right, but also have very high expectations of you which they do not meet themselves. *How you spend your time is monitored every minute *You'd have to deal with very negative customers on top of the management
