      Pros

      Good pay for when you are 18/19 years old.

      Cons

      They only care about quantity and not quality. In other words, at Teleperformance it's quantity over quality because of the targets they need to reach. Barely any contact with management. Everything is timed precisely in seconds: Your working hours, (lunch)breaks, when you need to go to the toilet, etc.
