      Pros

      Unlimited coffee. Clean environment (depending on the site), Free access to the gym, Pro-student (based on my experience), Quick promotion (about 3 months of working there). Beginner friendly (my first corpo job). Pay is good for content moderation, especially for non-experienced BPO workers,

      Cons

      Sudden overtime, Weak willed teammates. Corporate politics (higher ups favoring certain referred new hires).
