Me encanta el ambiente en general. La exposición que te dan aquí mientras creces es excelente, y el trato con los clientes es de primera. Además, ofrecen muchas oportunidades a la gente. Personalmente, cuando fui agente, fueron súper flexibles conmigo.

Cons

Siento que muchos procesos son demasiado largos, lo que complica los procesos de crecimiento, los temas de RH y los vistos buenos de las diferentes áreas de soporte, que a veces se atrasan mucho. Además, sería bueno mejorar el equipo de los agentes. Brindar herramientas pertinentes para los jefes de piso o manager como temas de licencias de Microsoft para tener acceso a sus correos
