Micro mgmnt, constant change & the expectation you can adapt instantly, implementation of new policies, procedures or tools & still holding employees accountable for invalid & incorrect scoring, though clearly obvious

pays slightly more than unemployment

location is far from most places. no advancement being promoted to team leader is like having one foot out the door. their healthcare is too expensive its cheaper to go on your own. the deductibles are crazy. you pay 2600/yr+ just in premiums now the new hires get 9/hr that is most of your salary. overtime when available is mandatory. They always lie so get it in writing.Females do better there they usually marry management and many extra perks when they play the game. its a job that will just waste your time as soon as you get hired look for a better job for example mc d's.
