Pros

A regular day at Teleperformance is filled with learning, fun, and some challenges. It's one of the top companies in the industry, especially for newcomers starting their careers. The management is great, and every day is a wonderful experience.

Nothing. This company has no good things.

Cons

No work life balance. I use to work in tp Mohali to Kolkata, the managers force you to do over time and also force you to not take week offs. No matter how many CSAT you bring they will not pay a single penny to you and can mark you half day even if you logout before 30 secs before time . Like instead of 7:00 pm and your login hours are not 8 hours but 7. 59 mins . They will mark half day.
