Pros

Working in Teleperformance is fun and full of surprises. You can see the expertise and uniqueness of each individual. We get to talk to different persons with different personalities which shows how diverse Teleperformance is.

Cons

Downside would be the time zone of working since all our clients are based outside the country. Our body clock is not normal.
