Pros

Switching from full to part time or vice versa is easy

Cons

They overpay you then demand the money back, some team leaders need to either give their heads a shake or leave. I got fired because I wasnt making 3 min calls drag out for 8 mins and for looking after my health. Management will lie to you about getting you support then just let you go
