At the time, the company provided accommodation, which was a nice perk. The coworkers were great, and most of the team leads were decent people too

Limited opportunities for growth. Some projects were really tough, and the policies of both the client we worked for and TP kept changing. You were never quite sure what your bonus would be based on, which made the whole system confusing and unpredictable
