Pros

A multicultural environment with good benefits and the possibility of working in several languages.

Cons

Low salaries, low food allowance. Toxic supervision and management with unrealistic and often impossible demands. No flexible hours, and almost always dependent on rotating days off, making it impossible to have a good work-life balance. They change project employees very frequently and almost never renew contracts for permanent staff.

Pros

Im still new however as I notice the staff, the trainer are all friendly. They actually has a good environment and you could feel that TP really love their employees. Additionally, there would be a free meal every weekends and free coffee everyday. TP is relly a generous company.

Cons

All the areas are too cold.
