Good organisation Working tools WFH opportunities On time payment and transparency about it Good socialization opportunities

Cons

Carreer growth is not very structured You will often get stuck in the same position if you are good in it. They value work structure more than feelings of people Many annoying policies in the office Majority of projects are customer support
