Pros

TP is very supportive to the employees and even to applicants. The staff are welcoming and very warm. I also came to know that there is really an opportunity for carerr growth. It's really nice as it impacts out impression about the company. I would say TP is indeed one of the best BPO companies out there.

Cons

The only downside I guess is the fact that it is not a walking distance from my place, something that I personally prefer.
